William Yeack
Mr. Yeack is the former Executive Vice President of Managed and Professional Services of Exodus Communications, and is recognized as a resourceful, team-oriented senior executive with more than 25 years experience in rapid growth sectors of the information technology industry.
He has a demonstrated ability to create and implement successful marketing strategies and form synergistic business alliances that protect investment and assure attainment of targeted returns. He has a proven record of building global, hypervelocity growth organizations through revenue and profitability leadership.
Mr. Yeack has extensive experience with international development and operations and mergers and acquisitions. As one of the Internet luminaries from the 1990s, Bill worked early and aggressively to establish the reality of the Managed Services vision in the industry.
Through a careful balance of both managed and professional services and a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability, he has been able to drive revenue acquisition to both new and existing customers, and achieve the highest levels of service in such diverse organizations as Tandem Computers, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), and Synon.
Mr. Yeack also has served as the CEO of several small startups in addition to working extensively with Ride Data Managers to raise over $350 million in private equity financing for purchasing distressed telecommunications and Internet assets.
